Emergency Contact numbers and Airport Rendezvous:

To help your rendezvous at the airport go smoothly, Georgian and Winnie will turn their cell phone on as soon as they exit their plane. We’d also like to ask that you also provide us with the cell phone numbers of your driver and of your pastor (or a responsible leader in your church) if at all possible. Thanks, the Banovs would like to travel with these phone numbers in their back pocket.

How much luggage will the Banovs carry, and what size vehicle is needed to transport them?

The Banovs travel with 3 large pieces of luggage, plus carry-ons, EACH! If you are receiving both Georgian and Winnie, we would like to ask if you could pick them up in either your church van or a vehicle large enough to hold 6 large suitcases, their carry-ons, and Georgian and Winnie.

Where to pick up the Banovs at the airport:

We would like to ask that your driver pull up curbside to their baggage claim area approximately 15 minutes after their plane lands. In this way, your driver’s vehicle can be loaded and they can drive off quickly.

We recommend these easy-to-use toll free “flight tracking” numbers provided by the airlines. The automated system proved by the airlines will quickly tell you whether or not the Banovs’ flight has landed, or when to expect them. Be sure to have on hand the Banov’s flight number, which Amy will provide for you:
